Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any health conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, open wounds, infections, warts, or recent injuries that could affect services. If a condition is severe, we reserve the right to decline service.

Clients with diabetes must inform our technicians. No cutting services are allowed for diabetic clients.

We do not provide services for clients with contagious nail conditions or illnesses that may be aggravated by our services.

If you are allergic to any salon products, please bring your own.
Appointments and Cancellations

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% service fee before booking your next appointment unless you find a replacement for your slot.

No-Show: A no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee before re-booking

Late Arrivals:

Nail Services: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in re-scheduling, being adjusted in nails tech, service and time or considered as a no show in busy time

Head Spa Services: If late, your session will be adjusted to end at the original time booked, with the full-service fee still applicable.

A 50% of deposit is required to hold all appointments valued at 85$ or more.
Cleanliness and Facility Use

We uphold the highest standards of hygiene; all equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service.

Parents must attend to their children, as the facility is not childproof.

Complimentary drinks are available.
Rights and Responsibilities

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including rudeness, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior.

We reserve the right to decline service requests beyond our expertise. Severe ingrown toenails require medical attention.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any health concerns before booking.

We are responsible for providing the best options tailored to your nail or scalp condition, but clients assume risks if they do not follow our consultation advice.
Gift Certificates & Payment

Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for services only for up to one year.
