Before Your Appointment​​

• Please make sure you read and understand our terms and condition in our GENERAL POLICY here before continue to book. Any complaint occurred by ignoring this policy will not be considered solving

• Product Awareness: Review ourlist of ingredients and notify us of any allergies before booking.

• Don’t wash your hair

• Don’t wear make up to the appointment

• Use the washroom before the appointment to enjoy your relaxing time

• Hair Preparation:

  • Do not wash your hair before the appointment.

  • Detangle your hair beforehand to maximize massage time.

  • Avoid wearing makeup.

• Restrictions: Head Spa services are not available for:

  • Clients with hair extensions.

  • Recently dyed hair.

  • Hair and scalp under medical treatment or with specific conditions.

• Other Considerations:

  • Blow drying is not provided; combs are available in the washroom.

  • Prepare for deep relaxation and possible sleep during the session.
