Repairs and Refunds

• Complimentary repairs are available for damaged nail enhancements or polish (by our fault) within 10 days. Proof of damage may be required.

• Fixes for scratched or misshaped nails are free if reported within 24 hours and a redo is scheduled within 7 days.

• No refunds or credits for a change of mind. Dissatisfaction must be addressed during the service.

• Once you leave the salon, you accept the service as completed.

Additional Charges

• Additional fees apply for French tips, designs, and nail removal.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but discussed and agreed during the appointment
